SHIPPING

All domestic orders ship for $5.95 for your first item with an additional cost of $1.95 for each additional piece of merchandise. Any order $50 or more will ship for free with standard shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to accept orders from our friends outside of the US. It is a bit more expensive to get it to you. You will be responsible for any customs and/or duties charges if applicable.

WE MADE A MISTAKE?

Everyday, we focus on achieving 100% accuracy on any order. Since we employ only humans, sometimes they do make mistakes. If we did make an error on your order, please call us or e-mail us at orders@lovehappydog.com. We will get it corrected right away.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Happy Dog Graphics will gladly accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided product(s) are in new condition. All returns must be pre-authorized with an authorization code from us. You can receive an authorization code by calling 866-535-5772 or e-mail to orders@lovehappydog.com.

PRODUCT RETURN REASONS

- Defective Product: We work very hard to insure that your order meets our quality requirements. If something did get passed us, we will need you to send it back to us. We will replace it right away and will reimburse you for any shipping costs for sending it back.

- Customer Ordered Wrong Item or Size: Customer will be responsible for return postage and we will gladly send out the correct item or size.

​

- Damaged Package: Sometime, a carrier damages a package in transit ... after all, they are human too! If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse the shipment.

If you sign for a package as delivered in good condition, it is almost impossible to go back to the carrier to go back and claim damage. For that reason, Happy Dog Graphics can not be held responsible for shipments after they are signed for.

PERSONALIZED SAYING OR DRAWING

Please contact us at info@lovehappydog.com if you would like to order an customized item with a different saying or design.  A customized saying can be added. There is an extra charge of $5.00 for this service. If you would like a shirt with a hand drawn illustration of your dog, charges will vary. There is an upcharge for the drawing in addition to the cost of printing your order. Generally, designs start at $75.
